i got screwed over with my job for that a girl came back to claim her position back after quitting for two weeks. so i'm back to being part time and it blows. i'm waiting for ca license so i can request more hours at different locations. Halloween went by with not a lot of festivities. steven and I were a cat and a mouse for his professors party at a dive bar in the middle of a residential zone. my family, minus my youngest brother, visited my apartment for the first time so that we can celebrate my fathers birthday with me included in November. I introduced them to phils bbq and they quite enjoyed themselves. then thanksgiving weekend came and I was luckily enough to get black Friday off so that I can spend my whole weekend in upland. Wednesday night, I got to meet up with a few friends for graces going away party at tgifs. my family and I went to aunt tammy's to enjoy fried turkey and ham on thanksgiving. we also got a chance to try $200 champagne called cristal. I would never buy it again but if someone offered, i'd drink it. then we were off to steven's parents house to get our early dinner on and went to go watch catching fire afterwards. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie (lol cried in some scenes, yes i'm pathetic and highly emotional). steven's birthday was on black Friday. his sister joined us for breakfast at norms and then did a short shopping mostly for him at the ripcurl sale in santa ana. we caught up on walking dead and napped until dinner time and then headed off to northwoods for dinner. Saturday I met up with grace, Sandra, and Stephanie and ate ayce sushi for lunch. then went out to Pasadena for stevens birthday celebration with his friends at congregation ale house. it was a good choice made by me and ernest. entirely enjoyed my weekend but sad to be back at work. now i'm stressing about applying for pharmacy school :[
